Here’s a link (by clicking on the image above) that will bring you to the California Legislature’s current draft of Bill SB-1390 “Amplification of Harmful Content on Social Media Platforms Act”. It was passed by California’s House Legislature in March 2022. It is currently being voted on by California State Senate.
USA / FLORIDA
Florida Bill 1557
Parental Rights in Education
Click the image above to read the Florida Bill “Parental Rights in Education Act” Bill 1557, a bill that does not contain the word “gay”, but rather, is about parents having rights in their children’s education and welfare. The “controversial” part of the bill prohibits classroom discussion of sex or sexual orientation from ages Kindergarten to Third Grade. (It does not say kids themselves can’t talk about this subject-matter, but says there cannot be “classroom-led discussion”) Read the bill here to decide if you/re really “for” or “against” it, regardless of mainstream media narratives.
DEUTSCHLAND
(auf Deutsch)
Das "NetzDG" Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz
(Deutscher Bundestag)
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
Link to article in English on EU Social Media and Free Speech Censorship: “On March 24, 2022, the European Union unveiled the final text of the Digital Markets Act (the “DMA”). The final text of the DMA was reached following trilogue negotiations between the European Commission, European Parliament and EU Member States (led by the French Presidency at the European Council)…”
ISRAEL
Israel allows removal of content it deems "harmful" (article link)
Link to more mainstream media, but absolutely useful in understanding their tactics. They say they are trying to “protect people from harmful content”. But who gets to decide what is or is not harmful and what is in our best interest? Do we decide for ourselves, or let governments decide for us?
SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa Government Website (for all SA bills)
For South Africans (I’ll be doing other African Countries Soon): Hey South Africans, isn’t it weird that the first thing written on the Government Website is “Stop Fake News”. How are they planning to “stop” it? Who determines what’s “fake” and what is “real”? Our Governments? A special board of certified 20-year-olds who need “safe spaces”? Just throwing it out there…
